David Brent

David Brent has been in the construction industry since 1988.  His experience as a site superintendent, project manager and general manager in the high-end residential construction arena has allowed him to develop construction detailing, personnel and management skills that create processes for successful partnerships and projects.  Over the course of his career in project management,  David has coordinated residential construction projects totaling over $600 million, with the largest project to date exceeding $100 million.  David’s relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, insurance companies, real estate and legal professionals, combined with his accumulated skills as a land surveyor, builder, manager and advisor have allowed him to develop a highly-valued management style.
